Sojern Expands Operation With New Sales Leaders

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ Sojern, the largest travel media company, today announced the appointment of Parag Vohra as General Manager, Vertical Development and Jeff Mills as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Western Region sales. Based in New York, Vohra will work with travel endemic clients to accelerate Sojern’s revenue growth. Based in San Francisco, Mills will leverage his extensive experience in advertising sales and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence in the digital media space.

Vohra joins Sojern from TripAdvisor, where he was a commercial director responsible for increasing revenue. Prior to TripAdvisor, Vohra served as business development director at Travelzoo, where he established multi-year agreements with domestic and international airlines. He has previously held marketing and sales positions at Yahoo! Inc., Marriott International eCommerce Group and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. Vohra holds an MBA in information systems and marketing from Bentley University.

Mills comes to Sojern from Criteo, where he served as Vice President of Sales and Partnerships, responsible for the company’s travel strategy. Mills’ past positions include leadership roles at Fixya.com, Gaia Interactive and SideStep, where he created, managed and executed a media strategy that resulted in their successful acquisition by Kayak. Mills launched his career with an eight year stint at Yahoo!.
