Session Details

Round Robin: Thinking Outside of the Box

In this interactive round-robin discussion, each advisory board member will have the opportunity to share their experience implementing an unconventional strategy or an innovative approach they’ve implemented in the past year or something they’re looking forward to implementing. This session is designed to spark new ideas and inspire forward-thinking strategies for 2025 and beyond.

Collaborating on What’s Next: Evolving Channels & Audiences

This session will focus on the 2026 North American Soccer event. We'll tee up the conversation by sharing Sojern’s unique soccer audience targeting capabilities. Then we’ll discuss how destinations—both host and non-host cities—can engage these high-value travelers, and we’d love to learn more about your current marketing and activation plans for this major event. The second half of the session will include brief updates on channel exploration, including DOOH, audio, and other emerging platforms that we’d love your feedback on.

The Evolution of Attribution: Key Updates & Enhancements

This session will briefly cover Sojern’s evolving approach to attribution and measurement, including enhancements in CTV household IP and foot traffic attribution, and our transition toward a multi-ID approach as the industry moves beyond cookies. We'll focus on the value and impact of these shifts—what they mean for your ability to demonstrate ROI, tell a stronger story to stakeholders, and make smarter marketing decisions, and we'd love your feedback on this strategic direction. We'll also gather your input on the use of credit card transaction data, attribution methodologies, and key reporting gaps. This discussion is designed to help us align our strategy with what matters most to you and your teams.

Looking Forward in a Complex Landscape

This session will explore how the current political climate is impacting destination marketing. We’ll ask how teams are adjusting tactics, reallocating budgets, and making real-time planning decisions in response to today’s environment. We’ll also discuss disaster recovery—how destinations are responding to natural disasters—and explore how Sojern can best support partners during these critical moments. This session is designed to gather your input on today’s complex landscape and spark shared insights on how we move forward as an industry.

We look forward to hosting you!
