Objectives
The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally changed the way people search for and book their travel. For VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa, this prompted a complete shift to digital to better engage with guests. “We’ve become more digitally focussed,” explains Katya Bauval, Executive Director of Sales & Marketing. “Everything from our website to our communication to the channels we work though, is digitally centered.” They needed a way to inspire travellers to book directly on their website using digital marketing, but didn’t want to risk having to provide the upfront budget for a traditional digital campaign without guaranteed ROI.
