Sojern has always enabled remote work, but recently we have decided to provide even more flexibility to employees. We support employees that want to work primarily in an office, primarily remote or something in the middle. Paid Time Off

We all need time away to spend with family and friends and to explore the world. At Sojern you don’t accrue vacation, you take vacations! Our generous paid time off policy offers plenty of time off for vacations, sick leave and holidays to rest, recharge and spend time with family and friends.

Global Parental Leave

Our global parental leave policy includes 16 weeks pay for birthing parents and 12 weeks pay for non-birthing parents, effective from the day of joining until the child's first birthday. Where a local country has more liberal leave protocol, we happily comply.

Flexi-Fridays

Flexi Fridays allow employees to end their work day at noon every Friday. Additionally, Sojern has a strict “no internal meeting” policy on Fridays. This gives employees a break from the typical flow of calls and meetings, provides additional flexibility with their day, and frees up time for them to spend with family and friends.

Profit Sharing

Sojern provides a competitive profit sharing contribution plan so employees can prepare and save for retirement. An added benefit is employee equity which makes every employee an owner of Sojern.

We believe in employee work-life balance, which is why we cover up to three nights per year at the hotel of your choice in a city where Sojern has an office. Travel the world and connect with fellow employees across the globe!
