Ticino Hotels Group is a chain of four independent properties located in Switzerland’s Italian-speaking Ticino region. They use Sojern’s Pay on the Stay to activate multichannel digital marketing across their portfolio.
Objectives
The Ticino Hotels team turned to Sojern to maximise their direct bookings when they faced an influx of domestic interest due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With borders now reopened, they continue to work with Sojern to broaden their reach and continue driving direct traffic to their website.
