Director of Product Management

Taylor Riesselman, with nine years of invaluable experience at Sojern, serves as the Director of Product Management, overseeing the expansion and innovation efforts driving the Sojern Travel Marketing Platform. With a degree in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Taylor’s journey at Sojern began on the operations side, where she honed her skills on the analyst team. Transitioning into product management, her expertise lies in developing innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of hospitality and tourism businesses around the world. Before joining Sojern, Taylor worked at a consulting firm focused on building technology for pharmaceutical sales organizations, and at Mutual of Omaha, where she developed platforms for the actuarial team.

Sarah Chen

Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager for global destinations and corporate hotels at Sojern, Sarah builds positioning and messaging frameworks for the target segments and tells compelling stories that articulate value propositions. Previously, Sarah was a DMO client of Sojern, serving as Convention Marketing Manager at Visit Anaheim, where she spearheaded B2B marketing for the meetings and conventions segment. Sarah graduated from The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona and was named one of PCMA's 20 in Their Twenties, Class of 2023.
