Jesus Perez
Senior Sales Executive, Sojern

Jesus Perez has extensive experience working in the hospitality business in the back of the house as a Pastry Chef for Marriott Hotels, Ameristar Hotels & Casinos, and multiple restaurants in the Florida area. He decided to get deeper into the business world going back to school and receiving a second degree in Corporate Communication, finding himself working again for the hospitality business, this time helping them on the front end.

Jesus was brought to the Sojern team in 2015 to introduce the model RevDirect™ to Latin America's Hotels as an experiment, finding a great value for the hotels in this market. With the model RevDirect, Jesus was able to educate and bring the world of Programmatic Advertising to the hotels in this region, helping them to drive more traffic and direct bookings, allowing them take control and create loyal clients.

When he is not visiting hotels in Latin America, or pursuing new clients, he loves spending time with his wife and 3 kids, playing tennis, baking, and playing soccer.

Erica Rich
Sr. Hospitality Marketing Strategist, Revinate

Erica Rich is the Sr. Hospitality Marketing Strategist at Revinate and is responsible for maximizing customer success through the education and adoption of hotel email marketing best practices. As the developer and instructor of Revinate's Email Marketing Certification for Hoteliers, Erica has traveled around the world, educating hoteliers on how to become effective email marketers. She joined the Revinate team in July 2015 and is based at the company’s headquarters in San Francisco, California.

Erica has more than 15 years’ experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. She began her career at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona and has held marketing positions at the Arizona Office of Tourism and the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa.

Prior to joining Revinate, Erica served as the Area Director of Marketing for MetWest Terra Hospitality, overseeing the marketing of four luxury, independent boutique hotels in the San Francisco Bay Area.

When she's not working for or with hotels, Erica’s most likely staying at one - as long as it is pet friendly as her schnoodle, Winston, loves to travel almost as much as she does.
